Elbląg, Poland - on Wednesday, 6th June, a delegation of soldiers from the 7th Army Training Command (7th ATC) arrived to the Field Command Post of the Multinational Division North East (MND-NE), headed by the Commanding General Brig. Gen. Christopher C. LaNeve. Arrived officers were greeted by the MND-NE Commander Brig. Gen. Krzysztof Motacki. During the visit, General LaNeve familiarized with work of soldiers of the 7th Army Joint Multinational Training Command, who support the Multinational Division Headquarters during the Saber Strike - 18 exercise. During his stay in Elbląg the Commander of the 7th ATC will also take part in briefings carried out at division level during the exercise. The visit will end on 7th June.
Active phase of the Saber Strike - 18 exercise began on 3rd June. The soldiers of the MND-NE Headquarters preceded it with the training of the Field Command Post, checking communication systems and the so-called Mini Exercise (initial exercise), during which information flow and registration system were checked. In total, more than half a thousand soldiers practice in Elbląg.
