For soldiers of MND-NE, cooperation in an international group is an everyday reality. However, it does not end with the performance of tasks within the command. MND-NE soldiers cooperate with colleagues from various countries, units, commands or military institutions during joint exercises, training and other projects, during which they exchange experiences and improve their skills together.
The last project of this type was a two-day Key Leader Training of the MND-NE and its affiliated brigades - the Lithuanian "Iron Wolf" Brigade and the Polish 15th Mechanized Brigade. Once again, side by side with the division's soldiers, representatives of the 7th Dukla Mechanized Brigade from the Czech Republic, with which the division command has been cooperating since 2017, also participated. Brigades' representatives from the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Poland used the videoconference system while remaining in their home units.
During the training, among other things, training plans for the coming years were presented. Participants also had the opportunity to listen to lectures given by representatives of the Academy of War Art, the Naval Academy and the NATO Energy Security Center of Excellence.
